The County Clerk’s Office will be open Special Saturday hours prior to each 2019 Election from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.  Dates include:  May 11, June 1, November 2.

Staff will be available to assist in the processing of Mail-In Ballots as well as U.S. Passports, Veterans’ ID Card Applications,  Notaries and Recording. 

These special hours are imprinted on the sample ballots which will be delivered to every active voter before election day.

The County Clerk’s Election Department is  responsible for filing candidates’ nominating petitions and the preparation of official ballots for Primary, School, Special and General Elections.  The County Clerk processes Mail-In ballots for all elections in the county and certifies countywide election results.  Voter registration lists, data and labels are available for political election purposes from the County Clerk.
